It's official; the Alexander McQueen Fall 2019 show is here!
This line features the usual suspects in an AQ line; dark colors, leather, feminine details in the form of McQueen's roses, strong shoulders, cinched waistlines, among others. The line is reminiscent of McQueen's with the underlying theme of powerful women. As McQueen once said, "[He wants] people to be afraid of the women [he] dress[es]."
There's use of Hounds tooth, leather dresses, and strong shoulders in the various suits. And, of course, Burton expertly combines the feminine with the hard lines of a menswear line.

Sarah Burton, McQueen's number one design aide since 1996, was announced as the creative director after McQueen's untimely death. And from how McQueen's line's and clothes go. she seems to have been the perfect choice to carry on his legacy.
